As per compliance with the European standards, our printing inks are RoHS certified (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) and the adhesives used in the manufacturing are of food grade, 100% metal free and Eco Friendly. Our accreditation and Certifications comprise ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), SLCP (Social and Labour Convergence program), and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) ensuring that we operate at all times to the highest consistent standards in the safest possible manner, delivering excellent results.

Future Prospects

The upcoming state-of-the-art technology plant in Rajasthan will allow us to produce an additional 24000 MT per annum with the help of a flexor online 6-color printing unit with UV coater which will result in sustainable and water-resistant products. The upcoming plant will also have the installation of new machinery for multi-color paper bags and courier bags which will produce 60 Million pieces annually. Thus, allowing us to provide unparalleled printing and packaging solutions.

Each element of our product is checked extensively with lab testing instruments such as Cobb tester, Caliper Thickness Gauge, Moisture Reading Device, Digital Compression Strength along with RCT & ECT testing machines among others. Our ability to oversee, maintain, develop and verify the performance of our products in-house, ensures superior product quality.

Our streamlined manufacturing, innovation, and logistic capabilities are organized around an integrated closed loop. To bring our vision to life, we have established one of the most technologically advanced corrugated packaging plants comprising a manufacturing capacity of 36000 MT per annum. We aim to provide the finest quality of corrugated boxes made in 3 ply, 5 ply and 7 ply with export quality, along with the flute (A & B profiles) for greater strength and cushioning and the flute (C & E profiles) for the better printability and foldability. With the help of our recently installed LD poly bag plant, the production capacity will be 6000 MT per annum in a year. We are excited to expand our footprint and continue serving our customers.
